You can write to us at info@inbitek.com with any question about your data.
What data we process and how we collect it
The only data collection point on this website is our chat-style contact channel: the message you write, your email address and, if you choose to give them, your name and company. We use no hidden forms and collect no identifiable browsing data: this site's analytics (Vercel Analytics) work without cookies and without identifying you.
What we use your data for
Solely to answer your enquiry and, if it fits, to explore a possible collaboration with you. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box at the final step of the chat before sending. We do not use your data for advertising nor share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
Automatic checks on submission
To prevent spam and errors, when you send your message we run two technical checks: an anti-bot verification by Cloudflare Turnstile (which uses no advertising cookies) and a technical DNS query (MX records) on your email domain, solely to confirm it can receive mail. If your email belongs to a company domain, we may note that domain alongside your enquiry to give you a better contextualised reply.
Recipients and processors
Your data is transmitted through providers acting as data processors: Vercel (website hosting), Resend (sending the email with your enquiry to our inbox) and, where applicable, Holded (our CRM, where we register your contact to manage the conversation). GDPR safeguards apply with all of them, including standard contractual clauses where there are transfers outside the EEA.
Retention
We keep your enquiry and contact details for as long as the conversation lasts and, at most, for one year from the last contact, unless we begin a commercial relationship (in which case the corresponding legal periods apply).
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@inbitek.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) if you believe we have not handled your data correctly.
AI assistant (AI·nbitek)
This site includes a conversational assistant, AI·nbitek, powered by Anthropic (Claude model), which acts as a data processor. The messages you type into the assistant are sent to Anthropic solely to generate the response in real time; they are not used for advertising, do not feed the training of its models, and are not retained by us linked to your identity. Do not enter sensitive data into the chat: to share your details and be contacted, use the contact channel with its consent checkbox.
Cookies and storage in your browser
This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies, which is why it shows no cookie banner. It relies on only two technical elements, both essential to what you yourself choose: (1) a cookie named NEXT_LOCALE that remembers the language you want to read the site in; and (2) the AI·nbitek assistant's history, kept in your browser's local storage for 7 days so the conversation is not lost when you reload or come back. That history stays on your device only — we neither receive it nor store it on any server — and when you write again, the assistant itself receives it as context to remember what was discussed. You can delete it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.
